The Director of College Mobilization will provide leadership and execution of all college related ministry for Reaching & Teaching, including a comprehensive strategy for recruiting and engaging college students in global missions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ministry to college students and be passionate about making disciples. He will report to the Director of Ministry Mobilization.


  • Developing and executing a mobilization strategy for college students
    • This strategy will include opportunities to engage in global missions at the short-term and mid-term level
  • Overseeing the Reaching & Teaching missionary internship program
  • Coordinating with the Director of Communications to identify college ministry conferences at which to exhibit
  • Cultivating relationships with campus ministry leaders
  • Strengthening partnerships with like-minded colleges that have cross-cultural requirements that short-term or mid-term ministry with Reaching & Teaching could help fulfill
  • Identifying specific churches that are actively seeking to mobilize their college students and informing them of the opportunities with Reaching & Teaching


  • Mature disciple of Jesus Christ
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred)
  • 2-3 years’ ministry experience
  • Attention to detail and a capable administrator
  • Excellent communication skills


  • Participation in at least one Reaching & Teaching short-term mission trip per year
  • Domestic mobilization travel as requested by Reaching & Teaching leadership

As an inter-denominational organization we minister from a foundational base of doctrines that capture mainstream evangelical theology. These statements of belief are included and should be reviewed. In the specified location, please note which document most closely reflects your convictions. Submission of the application material with this information noted indicates your affirmation of the doctrinal statement you indicate and your agreement to serve wholly in accordance with it while on staff with Reaching and Teaching International Ministries. Additionally, you must agree to the Nashville Statement.

    Virtual Office

    Reaching & Teaching has a decentralized home office, such that staff members are free to live at the location of their choice.


    Compensation will be designated upon hire and is based upon the position and the candidate’s ministry experience. All staff members are responsible for raising their full financial support package, which includes a monthly service fee for employment overhead (7% of receipts or $400/month, whichever is higher).
