We recognize that effective ministry is not accomplished by the wisdom of man, but by the hand of God. As such, it is Him to whom we plead and upon whom we depend. We can go and we can instruct, but without His power, the fruit of disciples and trained leaders will not be seen. We are seeking those who would join us in prayer- for our work, our leadership, our partnerships, and those to whom we are ministering around the world.
This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful. 2 Corinthians 4:1-2
…and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. 2 Timothy 2:2

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” Matthew 9:37-38
