Guayas and Manabí, Ecuador

Ecuador's coastal areas provide unique opportunities for ministry as it is home to some of the deepest ministry needs and is the most populous area in the country. The coastal culture coupled with small communities as well as the largest city in the country form a region that is strategic for reaching and teaching a diverse audience.

The missionary who serves the Guayas and Manabí region of Ecuador will establish pastoral training centers with pastors that may be of very different ministry context and yet all have the same need for training. The ideal candidate will be a proven disciple of Christ who has modeled faithfulness to God’s Word by living it out, teaching it in individual and group settings in the local church, and studying how to rightly divide it in Bible college or seminary. He will also have experience working independently, but within a system that serves multiple individuals and ministries.
